2. What did I learn about myself as a healthcare leader? Leadership development statement (list action items).

3. How did I engage with my cohort in a meaningful way? How do I plan to follow up? I will build professional relationship with my USC Cohort, my current organization, professional associations (ACHE, HFMA, HIMSS, MGMA, etc.), and healthcare industry contracts (list action items).
